bringing: martini
shakers and strainers,
liquor pourers, ice
scoop, wine key, bottle
opener, cutting board
and knife, professional
service as well as a
great attitude.
Cocktail Servers
Whether it's passing
cocktails and hors
d'oeuvres at a downtown
gallery or giving formal
service at a private
sit-down dinner, our
cocktail servers and
waiters have the
experience to handle any
kind of event. If you’re
planning on having more
than just cheese and
crackers, you can rely
on our cocktail
servers to efficiently
set up, organize, and
elegantly display all
your food and beverages.
Once everything is
prepared our staff will
help serve and replenish
food and beverages
throughout the event as
well as stay to help
clean up when the party
has ended.
Event Captains
When dealing with large
parties and special
events, this is the most
indispensable person you
will have on your team.
They are a manager,
delegate, and
troubleshooter all in
one. Without an
experienced event
captain, large scale
events can get out of
control very quickly.
It's the event captain's
job to understand,
organize, and plan how
to run the event most
efficiently. A captain
manages the staff and
acts as a liaison
between the host and the
guests, as well as with
the event planner,
caterer, photographer,
DJ, and all other event
staff.
Beverage Service
For the ultimate in
convenience, we also
offer a hassle-free
beverage service. If
you're just not sure
what to purchase for
your event or don't have
the time to make it to
the store, we'll do the
legwork for you. Allow
us to do the shopping
while working with local
beverage distributors
who'll deliver a fully
stocked bar to your
specifications. Service
includes beer, wine,
liquor, mixers, sodas,
juices, water, bar
fruit, and ice delivered
right to your event.
